The film officially announced in the month of May 2021 under the tentative title SSMB28. Principal photography commenced on 12th September, 2022 in the Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by S.Thaman, with cinematography handled by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing handled by Naveen Nooli.
